AT&T has unveiled its plans to bring up the price of its retired Unlimited Elite plans.
As shared by PhoneArena, the carrier plans to do this so they can “continue to deliver the great wireless service you expect.”
AT&T grandfathered its Unlimited Elite plan last year when it rolled out Unlimited Premium. The key difference between the two plans is that the new plan no longer comes with Max as a free perk. On the other hand, the new plan now comes with an extra 10GB of hotspot data, which gives its users a total of 50GB.
These changes will be implemented starting with your August bill cycle. There will be a $2.50 price increase per line per month. The phone lines that will be affected by this change are the ones added before August 1, 2022. Wearables, tablets, non-phone devices, and lines added after this date will not be affected by the price hike.
