Over a week ago, Visible made some changes to its plan offerings. The Verizon-owned prepaid brand offered a couple of plan options instead of one. After upgrading to a new plan, some customers apparently experienced issues with their service.
As reported by PhoneArena, some customers turned to Reddit to share their experience. While there are some customers that are happy with the new option, some customers have experienced an issue with the transition. In fact, a number of subscribers experienced not getting any service after the update.
A fix has already been shared on Reddit where it suggests to try the following:
Pop in a new SIM, follow activation instructions from Visible
No service after restart
Switch to old SIM and reboot phone
Put back new SIM and reboot phone again
This fix, however, has not been guaranteed to work all the time. Some customers who were unsuccessful with it had to talk to customer support. But still, they did not get service.
If this issue is occurring on your device as well, know that Visible has 24/7 support via chat, Facebook Messenger, or tweet. You can try any of these avenues to get assistance with your service.
