It looks like Samsung has already initiated its rollout of the stable Android 13 update to select Galaxy devices in the country. Apart from the Galaxy S22 models, the update is rolling out to the Galaxy S10 Lite.
Surprisingly, Samsung isn’t the first non-Google smartphone vendor to get the stable Android 13 update. The first was OnePlus.
Still, it’s worth noting that the update is now available on the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra devices. These devices received the Android 13 update over-the-air (OTA) with One UI 5 tweaks simultaneously in France, Germany, India, Italy, Poland, South Korea, Switzerland, and the UK.
Unfortunately, not all devices are getting the update. In the US, Verizon was the first to update their devices with the latest OS. And now, T-Mobile is rolling out the update for its users.
As for the Galaxy S10 Lite, it is the only S10 series device that is getting the update. That’s because this model launched with Android 10. The other models in the series shipped with Android 9 so they are no longer eligible for the three major OS update guarantees made by Samsung.
You can check if the update is available on your device by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
