Boost Mobile has quietly made some changes to its offerings. The Dish Network-owned brand now has an eSIM option for international travel.
BestMVNO recently reported that the prepaid brand now allows users to sign up for an international eSIM plan via a new dedicated site. Apparently, this was quietly launched in April of this year.
The international eSIM plans that Boost offers depend on the country you are traveling to. Some examples cited in the publication include:
Canada & Europe - 1GB of data for $5 for 7 days, 3GB of data for $13 for 10 days, 5GB of data for $20 for 15 days
Asian Countries - 1GB of data for $8 for 7 days, 3GB of data for $23 for 10 days, 5GB of data for $36 for 15 days
You can also get other plans for other destinations like the Caribbean, Israel, Latin America, Mexico, South Africa, and the UAE. Boost’s international data eSIM works in more than 100 countries.
If you sign up for the international plan, you don’t need to have a domestic Boost Mobile plan either. The only requirement is that your device needs to be eSIM compatible and unlocked. You can even use the eSIM on compatible phones, tablets, and laptops.
