Cricket Wireless has just unveiled its two latest phones: the Cricket Debut and the Cricket Dream 5G.
Although the Cricket Debut was released quietly, the Cricket Dream 5G was only announced last week. These give the two new phones very little reviews online. But they will soon be available in stores.
Even though the Dream 5G is a 5G-capable device, it is a budget phone with a reasonable price.
The device comes with a 6.82-inch HD+ screen and is being powered by a 2.2GHz MediaTek Octa-Core processor with 4GB of RAM, 64GB onboard storage, and a microSD card slot for up to 512GB memory expansion.
Camera-wise, the phone has four cameras on the back: a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel super macro lens, and another 2-megapixel depth lens. In front, there is a 13-megapixel camera in front for selfies and video calls.
The Dream 5G is available in Electric Blue color and comes with a 4,750mAh battery. Upon release, it runs Android 11 OS. It is also available on AT&T Prepaid under the name AT&T Radiant Max 5G.
The other device that Cricket revealed is the Cricket Debut, an Android 11 Go Edition phone.
It comes in Royal Blue color and has a 5.5-inch HD+ display. It runs on a 1.8GHz Quad-Core processor with 32GB onboard storage with a microSD card slot for up to 128GB memory expansion.
Camera-wise, the phone has an 8-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It includes a 2,500mAh battery and Bluetooth 5.0.
The Cricket Dream 5G is currently available to switchers, upgrades, and new lines for $189.99. Meanwhile, the Cricket Debut is also being offered at $79.99 to Cricket subscribers. The Dream 5G won’t be available in stores until September 24th. The two phones are covered by Cricket Wireless’ two-year worry-free warranty.
