Dish finally launches Project Genesis in Las Vegas

Dish Network Corp. has finally launched its first cloud-based 5G wireless service. This is an important achievement for the company, especially after months of technical delays. 

As reported today by The Verge, Dish has launched the network called Project Genesis. With this launch, customers in Las Vegas can already sign up for service starting Wednesday. 

Currently, Project Genesis is offering a $30 per month plan, which comes with unlimited data, text and calls. They also have a $900 offer on the Motorola Edge+ that can be used with the new network. 

Dish intends to expand the service in 120 cities by June.
