Earlier this week, Motorola unveiled its newest moto g smartphone.
The moto g play (2023) comes as a successor to the 2021 model. The budget-friendly device features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. From within, it operates on a MediaTek Helio G37 processor with 3GB of RAM, 32GB onboard storage, and up to 512GB memory expansion.
There are three cameras on the back: a 16-megapixel main sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and another 2-megapixel depth sensor. In front, there is a 5-megapixel camera available.
Other features include a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging, 4G connectivity, a rear-mounted fingerprint reader, and a headset jack.
The device will go on sale on December 12 for $170. After this date, it will be available on Metro by T-Mobile, Dish, Xfinity Mobile, US Cellular, Optimum Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, and Consumer Cellular.
