Verizon has a new Unlimited Plus plan that it is offering to its customers who need a lot of data while they are on-the-go.
The wireless carrier announced the new plan earlier this week as a $30 per month plan that comes with 30GB of LTE data and access to their 5G Ultra Wideband (mmWave) network. Eventually, Verizon promises that this plan will get access to its 5G Nationwide (sub-6GHz) network.
Verizon is marketing this new wireless plan as a way of helping those who need access to remote work and education, especially during this health crisis. The company shared that: “Rather than fighting for Wi-Fi, the extra data helps manage increased needs for remote learning or work with a secure and personal connection.”
In addition to the new Unlimited Plus, Verizon has simplified its smartwatch plans. You can now pay $10 per month so you can connect your smartwatch to their network, either through a standalone plan or with NumberShare.
