The only difference between the two plans is that the $45 per month plan includes Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband access, 50GB of premium data over 4G LTE or 5G nationwide network data, and unlimited premium data on 5G Ultra Wideband network. The higher-priced plan also includes full-service roaming in Canada and Mexico, international calling and texting, and $10 per month discount on Verizon Home Internet.
You will need to have an active service for a whole year so you can get the full discount. This offer will be available until January 23, 2023.
